I’m Jérémy Gandrez, a French freelance operator based in Asia. I have built, sold and supported web projects, digital offers and acquisition systems.
My background is intentionally cross-functional. I understand the founder’s logic, the customer’s expectations and the realities of acquisition. That lets me move between projects without losing sight of the business outcome.

Do you work with international teams?+
Yes. I work in English and French, mainly remotely and asynchronously, with short calls when they are useful.
Are you a consultant or an executor?+
An executor first. I can challenge priorities and suggest a method, but my role is to take ownership of the work and deliver.
